Updated EUR test IBANs for Nium Verify​

The EUR sandbox test IBANs for bank account verification have been updated to valid FR-based IBANs. The previous values were invalid and could not be used to test EUR corridors. Use the new IBANs to simulate Match, Partial Match, No Match, and Invalid scenarios for EU currencies.
