Payout Rail Preference — New Currency Support

Added support for AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) currencies in Payout Rail Preference. Clients can now specify preferred routing rails for these corridors using generic modes (REALTIME, SAMEDAY, etc.) or explicit rail IDs.
