Card activity monthly report

This report contains a detailed list of all card activity on all cards in a specific month.
This report has the same structure as the Card Activity Daily Report but covers one month. It is typically sent on the first business day of every month

Note: Custom fields (customField1 to customField20) may be updated during the course of a month. The report will contain values for these fields as they are at the time when the report is generated.
