Letter of Authorization (LOA)
For customers in AU, SG, or HK, when the applicant is not a DIRECTOR
/UBO
, they are required to submit a letter of authorization under the documentType
=LOA
. In case this is not submitted or is incorrectly submitted, a compliance agent will raise an RFI with the template name applicantAuthorizationLetter
. This letter has to be issued and signed by the directors or signatories of the business.
In case such a letter is unavailable to the applicant, they can make use of the following template, get it signed by the directors or signatories, and submit it as part of the application: Letter of Authorization (LOA).
