Card History View

Some icons or buttons are greyed out, what do I do?

The Business Account owner sets access criteria for each user. Please get in touch with the appropriate person at your company if you have a specific question regarding your user access rights for this account.

What is a CSV format?

A Comma Separated Values file (or CSV) is a plain text file with a specific format. It stores database-style information and is often used as a universal method to transfer data between programs.

How can I export my card history data?
  1. Place your mouse pointer over the Cards menu.
    The Cards menu options are displayed.
  2. Click the Card History menu option.
    The Card History page is opened.
  3. Select or enter the search criteria in the fields as required.
    You can use default settings to search for all card history.
  4. Click the Search button.
    The search results are displayed on the Card History page.
  5. Click the Download to CSV link below the list of activities on the Card History page.
    When the file generation process is complete, the Download to CSV link will be replaced by a Download File link.
  6. Click the Download File link to download the CSV file.
How can I view card history?

    The Card History page is opened.

  5. Click the ⋮ icon in the last column for the history you want to view.
    The action menu is opened.
  6. Click the View all details menu option.
    The Card History Details page is displayed.
How can I view specific card authorisations?
  1. Place your mouse pointer over the Cards menu.
    The Cards menu options are displayed.
  2. Click the Authorisations menu option.
    The Authorisations page is opened.
  3. Select or enter the search criteria in the fields as required.
    You can copy the search values from the Details page, see: How do I view and edit card details?.
  4. Click the Search button.
    The authorisations for the selected card are displayed on the Authorisations page.
How can I view further history details of a particular card?
