Enhanced Data Report

Overview​

The Enhanced Data Reports provide enriched transaction-level data derived from card scheme clearing records. These reports include additional Level 2 and Level 3 data elements that offer greater visibility into travel-related transactions, enabling improved reconciliation, reporting, and analytics.

Currently, Enhanced Data Reports are available for the following travel verticals:

  • Airline
  • Lodging

Each vertical is delivered as a separate daily report to simplify ingestion and downstream processing.

The specifications provided in this documentation describe the file structure, naming conventions, delivery process, and field definitions for each report.

📘 NOTE

The Enhanced Data Reports are available as a subscription-based service. Clients interested in accessing these reports should contact their NIUM account representative or the NIUM support team for further information regarding availability and onboarding.

Available Reports​

NIUM currently provides Enhanced Data Reports for the following verticals:

File Naming Conventions​

Enhanced Data Report files follow a standardized naming convention to ensure consistency and ease of automated processing.

Airline Data:

  • Enhanced_Data_Report_Airline_YYYY-MM-DD.csv (Original Files)
  • Enhanced_Data_Report_Airline_YYYY-MM-DD_regen_1.csv (Regenerated Files)

Lodging Data:

  • Enhanced_Data_Report_Lodging_YYYY-MM-DD.csv (Original Files)
  • Enhanced_Data_Report_Lodging_YYYY-MM-DD_regen_1.csv (Regenerated Files)

File Format​

  • File format: CSV
  • Delimiter: Comma
  • Header row: Included

Delivery Format​

Reports are generated and delivered daily, reflecting the latest matching between settlement and l2/l3 data recevied.
